SPAGHETTI WITH SAUSAGE
Ingredients
240gr of spaghetti, 2hg of sausage,1 ½ hg of mascarpone cheese, an egg plus a yolk.Preparation
Directions: mix the cheese with the eggs as to form a mousse, add salt and pepper. Crumble the sausage and let it cook for some minutes, then add to the mousse and, when ready add the spaghetti and finish cooking.Preparation time: 10 minutes
