PASTA WITH CRAWFISH TAILS
Ingredients
300gr of tropical crawfish tails(frozen),a garlic clove,olive oil,parsley,50gr of mascarpone cheese or Philadelphia,salt,pepperPreparation
Directions:chop parsley and garlic,put in a oven dish,make it sauté and add the crawfish and salt.Cook the pasta and add it in the oven dish.Then add the cheese and mix well,add pepper.Preparation time: 10 minutes
