MUSHROOMS RISOTTO

Ingredients

200gr of rice, garlic, 200gr of champignon mushrooms (or mixed frozen mushrooms).

Preparation

Directions :make a garlic clove brown in oil,add the mushrooms previously sliced and some broth .Cook for 20min then add the rice,continue cooking adding broth if necessary until the rice is ready and dry. You can also add a spoon of fresh cream.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 20/30 minutes
