ALMOND BISCUITS

Ingredients

2 egg yolks,2 hg of sugar,200gr of almonds.

Preparation

Directions:chop the almonds, add the sugar and the yolks, mix well. Wet your hands and form some small balls, lay them on some baking paper and cook at 220° for 10 minutes. Leave them to cool before removing from the paper.

Cooking time: 10 minutes
