NUTELLA TART

Ingredients

2 egg yolks, 2 hg of flour, 1 hg of butter, 1 hg of sugar, 1 spoonful of baking powder and a jar of Nutella, 2/3hg of dried beans, hazelnuts(optional).

Preparation

Directions: mix all the ingredients to make the pastry, yolks, flour, sugar, yeast and butter(leave it out of the fridge an hour before). Knead with cold hands because it may crumble. Lay the pastry in a floured an buttered baking tin, put some oven paper on it and add the dried beans. Cook at 180° for 20 minutes then take off the beans and the paper. Spread the Nutella on the pastry and sprinkle chopped hazelnuts over it.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes
