Ingredients

a roll of flaky pastry, 3 thin slices of ham, half a scamorza cheese, 50gr of champignon mushrooms,6 small red tomatoes, salt.

Preparation

Unroll the pastry in a baking pan, put the slices of ham on it, add the mushrooms and tomatoes already sliced,close the cake with some pastry, add salt, cook in oven at 180° for 20min, until golden brown.

Preparation time: 10 minutes plus 20 in oven.
