WRAPPED PIZZA WITH HAM AND MOZZARELLA CHEESE

Ingredients

for the dough, 800gr of flour, 25gr of brewer’s yeast, 2 glasses of water,a glass of milk, 2 spoons of oil, a spoon of sugar, a pinch of salt. For the stuffing,100gr of ham and mozzarella cheese.

Preparation

Melt the yeast in warm water, add milk, oil, sugar, salt and the flour. Add the flour slowly until it becomes a soft and not sticky dough. Make a ball, notch a cross on it, it makes leavening easier,and leave it in a warm place covered with a cloth.After an hour it will be doubled.Roll the dough on a floured table with a rolling pin, make a thin pastry. Make some rectangular shapes(20cm x 30cm), put a slice of ham and some mozzarella on the slices, then wrap them and close at the sides, puncture the upper side of the rolls and put in hot oven for 15min at 250°.

Preparation time: 10min for the dough plus leavening time(1 hour)

Cooking time: plus 15 min in oven
